Overview

I built bizsec.io from an empty repository.

Corporate secretary firms in Singapore run their client companies on it: registers, share capital, compliance deadlines, signed documents, and client onboarding checks. One team manages many companies from one workspace.

It is one flat subscription per team, SGD 199 a month, and firms pay it.

Stack

Next.js on Vercel, Postgres with row level security underneath.

Owners see every company and are the only ones who can write. Staff see only the companies assigned to them. The database enforces that, so a bug in the application code cannot leak one firm's clients to another.

Decisions

I replaced my own agent loop and kept one rule from it.

This section is being written. It covers why I replaced the agent loop and kept its cap on open agent PRs, the per-entity pricing I dropped for a flat plan, and why the risk engine is deterministic when an LLM assistant sits beside it.
